    CDD Beneficial Owner Exemption for Automatic Renewal/Rollover Accounts Now Permanent

    The new Customer Due Diligence Beneficial Ownership provisions originally applied to certain products and services that automatically renew or rollover.  The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) issued a couple of temporary exceptive relief rulings in order to determine whether, and to what extent, a further exception would be appropriate for these types of products.
