The app is available to all HCUA credit unions thanks to a grant from the National Credit Union Foundation.

The Missouri House has passed House Bill 599, sponsored by House Financial Institutions Chairman Jack Bondon (R), which was modified on the floor to include credit union concerns.

    Our credit union modernization bill (House Bill 2101), which overwhelmingly passed the Kansas House last week, has earned a hearing on the Senate side. Kansas Senate Financial Institutions & Insurance Committee Chairman Rob Olson (R-Olathe) said he intends to hear the bill on March 14.

    Missouri PACE Legislation Moves to Rules and Oversight Committee

    Missouri credit union supported legislation saw success this past week when the Missouri House Financial Institutions Committee voted to move House Bill 215 out of committee. HB 215, sponsored by Rep. Bruce DeGroot, modifies provisions relating to the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program, where PACE providers provide loans to consumers for energy upgrades (such as solar panels).
