    A significant number of Kansas credit union leaders took part in legislative fundraisers this past month, discussing credit union concerns with state lawmakers and candidates. The series of five fundraising receptions, co-sponsored by HCUA, took place in Topeka, Johnson County, and Wichita. The receptions allowed legislative candidates to meet members of the Heartland Credit Union Association (HCUA) while also raising money for upcoming campaigns.
