On Friday, all Heartland Credit Union Association offices are converting to the same phone system. While some phone numbers have changed, old phone numbers will be forwarded to new phone numbers for a while.

Brad Douglas named Heartland Credit Union Association CEO

The Heartland Credit Union Association (HCUA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Brad Douglas has been selected as Chief Executive Officer after an extensive national search. Brad will be taking the helm at the end of the month. Both Marla Marsh, CEO of Kansas, and Don Cohenour, CEO of Missouri, will be retiring March 31, 2016, as Brad takes over leadership of the organization.
