Electro Savings Celebrates Remodel in Maryland Heights
“Experience the Difference” was the theme of Electro Savings Credit Union’s (St. Louis) grand re-opening celebration held at its Maryland Heights branch. The celebration included a ribbon cutting with the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce to commemorate the completion of renovations to the branch.
The event attracted an outstanding turnout of guests, including members of the credit union, the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce, federal, state and city officials, local business owners and neighbors. Guests were invited to stay after the ceremony for office tours and refreshments.
Electro Savings Credit Union has been in Maryland Heights since 1974, when it originally built the branch. The building’s remodel was started in August 2011 with the office remaining open for business during the entire renovation process. Newly-added features include an onsite coin counter with walk-up access, interactive information and automated member sign-in portals in the lobby, and a new ATM that accepted ‘envelop-less’ check deposits.Photo Caption: Back row left to right: Wilbon Cooper (credit union director), Louis Aboussie (Congressman Lacy Clay District Staff), Mike Beall (Missouri Credit Union Association President), Howard Hoemann (credit union director), Jim Mullineaux (credit union volunteer), Ray Meurer (credit union director), Brain Bass (credit union volunteer); Front row left to right: Jessica Young (credit union director), Stan Moeckli (credit union President), Mattie Moore (Senator Claire McCaskill Deputy Director), State Representative Jill Schupp, State Representative Mary Nichols, Alderwoman Kim Baker and Tricia LaValley (Senator Roy Blunt Field Representative)
