Credit unions urged to share input in national COVID-19 survey

During times of trouble, credit unions step up to help their members and their communities. We urge you to respond to a national survey that will collect our industry’s response to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, which will in turn help us share how credit unions are making a difference during a difficult time.

Collect answers from your team with this PDF of the questions to ensure only ONE survey per credit union is submitted.

We realize that you may not have programs or processes in place to address the pandemic yet, but as your credit union moves forward on these issues, we urge you to submit a survey response

“Your input is invaluable,” says HCUA's Amy McLard. “Previously, we were able to use credit union input to answer federal lawmaker and media questions about how credit unions in Kansas and Missouri were helping consumers impacted by the federal government shutdown. Your participation in this survey will help us highlight the credit union difference as we respond to this developing situation.”
