CUlead Spotlight: Danielle Napier, Mid American Credit Union

We're excited to get to know the 2019 CUlead class – and we'd thought you would too! Each week, we'll feature one of these future leaders in our CUlead Spotlight.

This week, we meet Danielle Napier, indirect loan manager, Mid American Credit Union (Wichita, KS).

If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance of winning a medal for?
Puns. I am quick witted and I love a good play on words.

What job would you be terrible at?
Sky rise window washer. I am only 5 feet 2 inches tall. I'm designed to stay close to the ground. I'm not a big fan of heights either, so that doesn't help.

There are two types of people in this world. What are the two types?
People who get up when their alarm goes off and people who hit the snooze button.

If you could make one rule that everyone had to follow, what rule would that be?
For everyone to be kind to one another.

What is your favorite thing about working at a credit union?
We really are member minded. We aren't just a big automated corporation that only looks at numbers. We get to know our members and try to take the path that will help them and us.
