Electro Savings Promotions
Electro Savings Credit Union (St. Louis, MO) promoted Ashlie Colbert to the position of Director of Branch Operations. In this position she will oversee the daily operations of the credit union’s branches, as well as ensure branch activities support the credit union’s financial, expense control and growth plans.

Since joining Electro Savings’ team in December 2017, Ashlie has been a Branch Manager. Prior to joining Electro Savings, Ashlie was an Assistant Branch Manager with another St. Louis credit union for seven years.

“In the short time she has been with Electro Savings, Ashlie’s contributions have been significant,” says President & CEO Jim Struble. “She is a proven leader that has consistently coached her staff to achieve optimal performance, is an integral team member of an upcoming new product launch, and contributed to the successful rollout of the credit union’s new Retail Incentive Plan.”

Electro Savings also promoted Sarah Hulsey to Branch Manager. In her past five years with the credit union, Sarah held positions as Teller, Member Service Representative and Assistant Branch Manager.

Sarah’s career progression is due to her continued achievement of outstanding performance results, desire to grow professionally and her unwavering commitment to serving the credit union’s members.

Credit Union of America Promotions
Credit Union of America (Wichita, KS) promoted David Germann to Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, where he oversees management, growth, and member service for all 14 branches in the Credit Union of America network. Germann was hired at CUA in 2015 as a Vice President of Branch Operations. Germann has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University and brings 31 years of financial services industry experience to the position.

CUA also promoted Jesse Foreman to Branch Manager of the Credit Union’s flagship office in the Delano neighborhood. He will be responsible for branch member experience and service, branch loan and deposit goals, and supervision of approximately 25 staff. Foreman, an 18-year employee of CUA, was most recently the branch manager at the South Broadway office, and has experience as a financial service representative, lead-teller, teller, and loan officer. Foreman received his Associate of Business Administration degree from Cowley County Community College and is continuing his education with Center for Management Development courses at Wichita State University. 

Gavin Hirsh was promoted to Automated Teller Systems Manager. In his new role he will be responsible for the installs of ATMs, ITM (Intelligent Teller Machines), maintaining performance and uptime for said teller machines, as well as insuring delivery of the best member service via ATMs/ITMs and CUA tellers. Hirsh was previously an IT Specialist providing general IT support to CUA. He currently holds an A+ certification in IT.

Emily Kimble was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. Kimble recently served as a CUA Financial Services Representative and has loan officer and teller experience. She will be responsible for branch member service, loan and deposit growth, and staff supervision and coaching. Kimble is currently finishing her Bachelor’s in Business Management at Friends University.
