CUlead: Investing in What Matters - Your People

A recent Inc.com article reported that 45 percent of leaders said attracting and retaining talent was the biggest challenge facing leaders today. With our industry CEOs retiring at record speed, how are you going to ensure your credit union moves forward and thrives?

By investing in your people.

It’s critical to keep exceptional staff engaged and passionate about credit unions and the vital role they play in our communities, across the nation and around the world. Heartland Credit Union Association’s (HCUA) CUlead: Leadership Excellence and Development program is your credit union's investment in retaining these employees. CUlead is a hands-on, interactive training program designed to groom potential credit union leaders.

The comprehensive curriculum is created specifically for future credit union leaders in Kansas and Missouri and covers everything from communication skills to regulator insights. The interactive sessions create excitement and group projects help students make connections that will last throughout their career.

Read what credit union CEOs and CUlead graduates have to say about the program.
