Century Awards Scholarships, Vantage Announces New Board Member

An annual meeting is no small affair for credit unions. In addition to showing their appreciation for their members, many credit unions also present awards and announce any changes to the board (as voted on by the credit union's membership). Read below for the latest annual meeting happenings from two credit unions in the St. Louis area.

Century Credit Union Awards Scholarships to Two Local Students

Century Credit Union (St. Louis, MO) is pleased to announce that Katrina Moylan, a sophomore at Bishop DuBourg High School, and Shane Bodimer, a senior at Mehlville High School, have been selected as the recipients of Century’s 2016 Annual Scholarship Contest.

Bodimer was awarded the William Pauly Scholarship for his essay recognizing a great leader in his life. Bodimer will continue his education next fall at Missouri University of Science & Technology in Rolla, and Century presented him with a check for $1,000 at the Annual Meeting to be used toward his degree.

The Annual Scholarship Contest is held each year in February. It is open to all students, Century Credit Union members and non-members, ages 13 through 18.
