Bankruptcy & Collections: Training for collections & lending professionals of all levels! 

Attorney, author, consultant and nationally recognized speaker David Reed will lead both days of the Bankruptcy & Collections Conference. Reed has more than 24 years of law experience in the areas of bankruptcy, collections and general counsel. His approach to training is interactive, which means attendees will be engaged during the training. View the event brochure.

Bankruptcy will cover the best practices, identify most common land mines, and how to maximize recovery methods in collections. Reed will walk attendees through the complicated world of bankruptcy in an easy to understand (and retain) format.  

Collections will be covered in a full day workshop and dive into the nuts and bolts of an effective collections program. It centers on maximizing collections efficiency and the role of member service. From regulatory compliance to marketing campaigns to interdisciplinary collections involving all credit union staff to loan modifications and charge-offs, this session reveals innovative ways to identify and communicate with troubled members before it’s too late.
