Don't miss this opportunity to turn mid-level managers into leaders!

The Missouri Credit Union Association, in conjunction with the Kansas Credit Union Association, have developed a  credit union leadership program for mid-managers. CUlead - Leadership Excellence and Development

Employees with leadership skills can strengthen your credit union, improve your credit union's bottom line and guarantee a successful future. Organizations with quality leaders are 13 times more likely to outperform their competition in key bottom-line metrics such as financial performance, quality of products and services, employee engagement and customer satisfaction1. Investing in the talent of your employees is your credit union's best investment.

This leadership program is a one-year commitment (five, two-day sessions plus your state's legislative event) held in the Kansas City area. Class sizes are limited to 22 leaders. The program will develop leadership skills and competencies, and build on leadership abilities all in an interactive environment among peers.
