Register for Two-Day Collections School

Does your credit union need effective collection strategies that help troubled borrowers continue to make payments? Do you have effective programs in place that motivate performance and drive results? Find out these answers and more at the Collections School on October 27-28. The two-day training will be held in Missouri Credit Union Association’s Training Room, 2055 Craigshire Road, St. Louis, MO 63146.

Expert Karin Brown will lead the training. She will explain the six elements of delinquency control, tips for effective benchmarking and understanding why scoring models are important. Karin joined Lending Solutions Consulting, Inc. (LSCI) in February of 2006 with 29 years of collection and fraud management experience.  As a professional industry consultant specializing in the area of delinquency control and loss mitigation management, Karin is a leader in onsite collections consulting, portfolio analysis and customized evaluations of collections methods, operations and lending policies.

There is a discounted price of $299 per person for the two-day session. Price includes a $50 donation to the Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation. This donation will enable MCUCF to continue to provide affordable training opportunities to Missouri credit unions. The special training opportunity is brought to credit unions in Missouri thanks to the Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation CDFI Steering Committee: Alliance Credit Union, Electro Savings Credit Union, Ozark Federal Credit Union, United Credit Union and River Region Credit Union.
