Becky Buehl of Neighbors CU Accepts Board Position at CMN

Becky Buehl proudly accepted a position on the board of directors for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals of Greater St. Louis. She has previously served on the board for the St. Louis Chapter of Credit Unions, and she is also a member of the Credit Union National Association’s Marketing and Business Development Council, as well as the Credit Union Executives Society.

“I am excited about this opportunity to be a credit union advocate on CMN’s Board of Directors," says Buehl. "I have been passionate about CMN and the Credit Unions for Kids program since I started working with credit unions. I am extremely proud to be able to help hospitalized children and their families at CMN’s two local partner hospitals. It is truly rewarding on many levels and I’m looking forward to it.”

Buehl began her career in the financial services industry in the spring of 2004 after graduating magna cum laude from St. Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She started with Neighbors Credit Union as the Marketing assistant. In 2006, she moved to The Accel Group, an advertising agency in the St. Louis area specializing in financial institutions. After two years of being an account manager and copywriter, Buehl moved back to Neighbors Credit Union in 2008 as the Marketing manager and was promoted to her current position of vice president of Marketing in 2009.

Buehl currently resides in Imperial with her husband, Eric, and their two children, Sydney and Mason. They also have a Newfoundland dog as well as a cat. Becky enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, being outdoors, and she is a St. Louis Billiken Basketball fan.
