MCUCF Announces New Director, Officer at Annual Meeting

The Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation (MCUCF) Board of Directors appointed a new director and a new officer at its annual meeting on October 23, at Chateau on the Lake in Branson.

Randy Yeck, executive vice president of Vantage Credit Union (St. Louis), stepped into the role of chairman, which was previously held by Kirk Mondy, president of Ozark Federal Credit Union (Poplar Bluff).

“The Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation is extremely grateful for Kirk’s leadership and guidance,” says Maria Langston, executive director of MCUCF. “We thank Kirk for his dedication to MCUCF’s mission to support credit unions in Missouri.”

Yeck has been in the financial services industry for more than 35 years, spending 27 at Vantage. He has oversight for the human resources, compliance, facilities, security and audit departments. He has served on the senior management team with Vantage since the early 1990s, and he has served on the MCUCF Board for three years.

“The Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation affords so many educational opportunities and community outreach programs to credit unions—especially smaller credit unions—that they might not have otherwise,” says Yeck. “A special thanks to Kirk and the entire board of directors for their hard work and successes this past year. I’m excited to see what 2015 brings.”

New to the board this year is Michelle Rosner, vice president of 1st Financial Federal Credit Union (Wentzville). She will serve as a director.

Board members who will continue to serve on the board are:

  • Vice chair - Stan Moeckli, president of Electro Savings Credit Union (St. Louis)
  • Secretary/treasurer – Susie Venable, president of Saint Luke's Credit Union (Kansas City)
  • Director - Janet Honse, retired from Riverways Federal Credit Union (formerly Rolla Federal Credit Union)
