Attendees and MCUA staffers went to the State Capitol today to lobby on the credit union bill HB 478, a bill modernizing the Missouri Credit Union Statute dealing with joint accounts. The bill received overwhelming support in the House on a vote on April 2. It was heard in Senate Committee this week, and credit union attendees urged state senators to move the bill forward during visits to the Capitol. MCUA will provide updates as HB 478 moves through the legislative process.
