GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the credit union’s core processing system, network management, system and data security, data analytics and software development.  Responsible for providing IT systems and tools for current and future needs that will result in an efficient and cost-effective operation. Assure systems are operational and secure for member and employee use.  The incumbent will be a working manager.  They will also serve as the lead member of the Security Team.  In addition, the person in this role serves as a key member of the Executive Management Team and will participate in the strategic planning and the development of credit union goals and technology initiatives.
