​Risk Management Analyst: Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union (St. Louis, MO)

Role
Collaborates with the risk management group in assessing, identifying, mitigating, and monitoring key risks as a means of preserving and creating value. This includes but is not limited to vendor risk management, business continuity planning, enterprise risk management, and various other risk management activities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Vendor Risk Management - Oversee and administer the vendor risk-management program including program design and execution. Ensure efficiency, quality control, and compliance with regulatory guidance in company-wide vendor risk-management activities. This includes contract and due diligence reviews and other risk-related assessments.
  • Business Continuity Planning - Supports the business impact analysis process on an annual basis. Assists with the implementation and documentation of business continuity testing.
  • Enterprise Risk Management - Conduct project, functional, and other risk assessments to identify, monitor, and measure risk and control activities in support of the overall Enterprise Risk Management framework.
  • Incident Management Program - Will assist in the design and general administration of the enterprise-wide incident management program.
  • Miscellaneous Duties - The risk analyst will have miscellaneous duties assigned in support of the credit union's strategic objectives as they relate to risk management.
  • Completes all other tasks, assignments or functions as assigned and/or required.

  • external) and the Credit Union and understands that service delivery to members is the number one priority of the Credit Union.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Knowledge & Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of financial institution or risk management experience required. Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field is desired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

President/CEO: Farmers Credit Union (Hays, KS)

Farmers Credit Union is in search of a progressive leader to fill the role of President and CEO. The President will plan, direct, and manage all credit union activities in accordance to the strategic vision of the board of directors. This role will be responsible for overseeing all facets of  lending functions, including agricultural loans, consumer loans, indirect loans, and residential mortgages; ensuring sound lending practices in accordance with NCUA regulations and credit union guidelines. This individual will guide the team to provide excellent service by researching and staying on top of the latest lending trends, conducting market analysis for maximum loan retention and competitive rates, as well as managing credit union investments. A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field of study is required, Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years in a senior management role with experience in agriculture, commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending is preferred.

Member Experience Trainer & Sales Coach: Mainstreet Credit Union (Lenexa, KS)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting The Member Experience by developing and leading a sales and service value-driven culture through effective training and coaching. This individual will be considered a subject matter expert in lending philosophies and will work one-on-one with management to assess training needs and create unique coaching and development plans based on individual needs. An essential function of this role includes training newly hired loan officers and continuously re-evaluating areas of opportunities and providing employees with best practices and techniques that drive and sustain results. He/she will partner with members of management to develop and deploy sales initiatives that motivate lenders and assist with goal attainment, while ensuring member relationships are established and sustained.
