President/CEO - CSD Credit Union

IT Support Specialist:  Skyward Credit Union (Textron Aviation) (Wichita, KS)

The IT Support Specialist will provide support services to the credit union internal and external users for software, applications, hardware, and telecommunications-related issues. Troubleshoot/triage core credit union applications, hardware errors, operating systems and various IT equipment/PCs as needed. Collect data/information and resolve or escalate issues related to new hardware/software requests, network problems, application software, and telecommunications to the appropriate staff or IT Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and coordinate repair for hardware, software, network and peripheral issues.
  • Assist and provide technical support on all credit union key software applications.
  • Evaluates current applications and makes recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Assist with all Skyward CU IT projects, rollout of new products and services, and IT audits.
  • Assist with installing end-user hardware and PC software as required, including peripherals distribution and set-up, along with software upgrades.
  • Make recommendations on new computer replacements/additions and system-related equipment, new software, and other technical services.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Assist with documentation on applicable systems and IT operations.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on operations of new software and computer equipment.
  • Working with and maintaining databases.
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and peripherals, including servers, routers, switches, and additional assets. This inventory includes estimated replacement/end of life dates assigned to each physical inventory item.

Branch Manager: United Consumers Credit Union (Olathe, KS)

Essential Functions

Actively generates new loan business to meet consumer lending production goals, including seeking new mortgage business.  Directs, develops and motivates branch personnel. Administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions.  Actively seeks new Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and works with the Marketing Manager to solicit and maintain new business for the credit union, including attending local Chamber of Commerce meetings and various other community business events.  Represents the Olathe Branch as appropriate in it's relationships with Members, SEG Groups.  Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and sees that appropriated steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.  Responsible for branch security and protecting credit union assets.  Maintains communications with main office, prepares and submits standard reports, attend scheduled management meetings.  Resolves Member concerns and problems that have elevated above the branch employees, works with upset members to resolve the issue.  Monitors and maintains all branch activities for compliance with established credit union policies and procedures, including maintaining Member Service excellence standards.  Performs other related duties as assigned.
