The Heartland Credit Union Charitable Foundation (HCUCF) will host an upscale, three-day, all-inclusive golf outing for credit union leaders, volunteers and retired executives at Old Kinderhook Golf Resort, a master-planned golf community with a Tom Weiskopf Signature course. This inaugural event will include three full days of golf, two nights lodging, all meals, alcoholic beverages and fees included in the cost of registration. Registration gifts and additional prizes can be anticipated by the approximately 50 credit union leaders from Missouri and Kansas.

Practice Round

 
  Lunch on your own
12:30-1:30 p.m. Registration
Hotel check in available at 4 p.m.
1:15-2:15 p.m. Tee times for handicapping round, play your own ball

  • Get to know your fellow participants and warm up for Monday and Tuesday’s tournament rounds.
  • You will play your own ball. Based on score, you will be paired with your primary partner for both days of tournament play.
  • The pairing objective is to create teams with evenly matched combined team handicaps. The individual with the best practice round score will be placed with the individual with the highest practice round score, 2nd best score with the 2nd highest, etc.

Monday, May 7, 2018
Tournament Round-Day 1

 
7:30-9 a.m. Breakfast buffet with HCUA – “Biscuits & Bacon with Brad”
9-10:30 a.m. Hospitality Cabin with Sponsor
10:30-11:30 a.m. Four (4) Person Scramble
Each four (4) person team will be comprised of two (2) teams, as determined in the prior day’s practice round. Example: Team Rick and Judy will be paired with Team Randy and Chris. This combined team of 4 will post a single score for the day’s tournament round.
12-2 p.m. Boxed Lunch
5:30 p.m. Championship Reception 
6:30 p.m. Dinner, Foundation Focus, Awards and Live Auction
8:30 p.m. Hospitality Cabin with Sponsor

Tuesday, May 8, 2018
Tournament Round-Day 2

10:30 a.m. Two Person Scramble
Each 2 person team will post their own score for the day’s round. Example: Team Rick and Judy will be playing along with Team Randy and Chris. Team Rick and Judy will post their own score. Team Randy and Chris will post their own score. Overall Champions: The 2 person team with the lowest combined score from the 2 tournament rounds will be our event champion. Example: If Team Rick and Judy posted a 68 on Day 1 and 76 on Day 2, their tournament score will be the combined 144. Team Randy and Chris might post a 68 and a 74, with a combined score of 142. Congratulations Team Randy and Chris!
