*Updates to Missouri Day at the Capitol*
With the passage of Amendment 1 (also known as “Clean Missouri"), our Missouri legislative days will look a bit different. Clean Missouri limits spending on lawmakers to $5 or less per event, so we're looking for new ways to interact with our legislators.

Our updated Missouri Day at the Capitol agenda will still allow direct access to your lawmakers. Instead of holding an evening legislative reception, we will set up appointments with your district legislators and host an afternoon legislative panel.

What can you expect at Missouri Credit Union Day at the Capitol?

  • Networking with Missouri credit union employees and volunteers
  • Access to Missouri’s top leaders
  • A chance to be introduced in the Missouri House and Senate
  • The opportunity to advocate for your credit union and its members regarding important credit union legislation that impacts us all
  • Build relationships with new members and help lay groundwork for credit union-focused legislation
  • Plus more!

The cost is $25 per person: This fee includes lunch and access to Missouri’s top legislative leaders.

Please note – since we are making legislative appointments for each attendee, a home address for each participant is required. Check your confirmation email for a link to submit this information.

To allow time to make appointments, we encourage you to register by January 31.

Hotel Room Block Information

It is strongly suggested that you make your hotel room reservation as soon as possible. Demand is high for rooms in the HCUA room block.

We have room blocks at two hotels, the Renaissance Washington D.C. Hotel and the Hampton Inn - Downtown Convention Center. The Renaissance block is currently full. The Hampton block is running tight on rooms. If you attempt to make a reservation and cannot get into the HCUA room block, please contact us immediately and we will work to expand the Hampton block.

The HCUA room block is for attendees staying all four nights of the GAC (March 10-14). If you need a shorter timeframe, please contact Amy McLard, 800.392.3074, x1370, to discuss alternative options.
