Missouri credit union staff and volunteers are invited to participate in Hike the Hill, June 17-19, in Washington, D.C.

Due to the election year, this will be the only Missouri Credit Union Association Hike the Hill to Washington, D.C. in 2014.   Hike the Hill will include meetings with members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House and their staff to discuss issues of concern to credit unions and our members.

There are many issues that affect credit unions and their members on the federal level – from credit union tax status and data breaches to regulatory reform, patent trolling, housing reform, and member business lending.  Hike the Hill is an important opportunity for credit unions in Missouri to make sure our federal lawmakers understand the important role credit unions play.

The Missouri Credit Union Association will arrange regulatory and Missouri Hill meetings and meals for participating credit union representatives.
