Two-Day Collections School

What are effective collection strategies that help your troubled borrowers continue to pay your credit union? Do you have effective incentive programs in place that motivate performance and drive results? Expert Karin Brown will help your credit union answer these questions, plus learn the six elements of delinquency control, tips for effective benchmarking and understanding why scoring models are important.

  • Special offer to Missouri credit unions
    • Discounted Price of $299 per person for the two day session.  Price includes a $50 donation to the Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation. This donation will enable MCUCF to continue to provide affordable training opportunities to Missouri credit unions.

  • The special training opportunity is brought to Missouri credit unions thanks to the Missouri Credit Union Charitable Foundation CDFI Steering Committee:  Alliance Credit Union, Electro Savings Credit Union, Ozark Federal Credit Union, United Credit Union and River Region Credit Union.
