Are you spending too much time or money on your BSA program? Do the burdens for BSA/AML/OFAC compliance seem to pile up year after year without any relief? Then it’s time to evaluate the infrastructure of your program. One of the challenges of BSA management is the tendency to not want to change a process or procedure for fear of causing a deficiency or violation that can have major repercussions during an examination. But the reality is that most BSA programs were not designed holistically – they were designed piecemeal, patched together as new regulatory requirements were released. This program will address the five components of establishing a premier BSA program.
