Taking Care of Business will introduce you to a new type of potential member - a Business Owner. Traditionally, business accounts have been handled exclusively by commercial banks. But in today’s diverse marketplace, business owners are finding more options to conduct their accounts. Make it easy for them to transition to a credit union.

Taking Care of Business deals with the various aspects of business membership, from account structure and documentation, to dealing with commercial lending. Participants will gain training on commercial account procedures and begin to build competency and confidence to higher levels of performance.

About Your Instructor

John Baptista, Jr. has taught a countless number of individuals like yourself. His down to earth, practical approach to teaching, allows individuals to learn skills they can readily put to use. Often described as the “best there is to offer,” John brings laughter, fun and most of all his ability to get others to learn. John’s experience spans over 34 years associated with the financial industry, 30 years in management, and more than 40 years of customer relations and “real world” experiences, which provide a new learning dimension to each of his programs. His teaching experience includes more than 4 years at the college level and 30 years as a presenter of seminars, which make his programs top-notch.
