SPEAKERS:

Amanda Thomas | A credit union veteran, Amanda has many years of marketing experience in credit unions ranging in size from $37 million to $200 million in assets. Her unique approach to marketing and passion for organizational culture and employee engagement has made TwoScore a vital partner of many credit unions across the United States. 

Brett Christensen | Brett is the owner of CU Lending Advice, LLC. He consults and conducts lending training sessions to credit union professionals. 

Don Arkell | Don currently works as a senior consultant for CU Leading Advice. Fun fact: Don Arkell was one of Brett Christensen's original hires and member of his first Sales Team. The two  worked together at Clark County Credit Union (CCCU). While at CCCU, Don worked in all areas of sales and lending. He eventually founded a CUSO owned by CCCU– Members Auto Brokerage Service, Inc. He helped Red Rocks Credit Union (Colorado) establish a vibrant sales culture while transforming the credit union from full retail delivery to offering 100% of consumer loans and member service through remote delivery channels. 

Douglas Kiker | As chief strategic communications officer for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), Douglas Kiker  leads all of the association’s external and internal communications functions and is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that increase awareness of and support for credit unions and CUNA’s advocacy objectives. He has extensive experience in strategic communications with nearly two decades in journalism and corporate communications. 

Michael Barrio | Michael Barrio is a communications and branding specialist with extensive experience in the credit union, entertainment, and high-tech industries. He is passionate about professional and corporate ethics, and remains a continuing Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Fellow and advocate. Michael's programs help organizations to assess, revitalize, and create proactive and creative media relations strategies that catalyze and maintain favorable reputation and mitigate reputational risk.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Events with less than 20 registrants within two weeks may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified, and a full refund issued without penalty.

REFUND POLICY: 

  • Registration fee refunds will be granted (less a $75 processing fee) for cancellations received by email two weeks prior to the workshop.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within two weeks of the workshop.
  • Substitutions are always welcome without penalty.
