Terms and Refund information
Terms and Refund Cancellation Policy: Please write to MCUA Professional Development Department fourteen (14) business days prior to the event for a full refund, minus a $100 administration fee. Substitutions accepted anytime. Send cancellation notice to pd@mcua.org or fax to (314) 542-1312.



Inclement Weather Policy: If MCUA reschedules a training session because of inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, MCUA will make every effort to promptly notify all registrants by a website message, email or telephone. MCUA will reschedule the training session and registrations will be transferred to the new date, after which MCUA’s Cancellation Policy will apply. If the training session is not re-scheduled, full refunds will be provided.



If MCUA does not cancel a training session during inclement conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances, it is up to the registrant or credit union manager to decide if the registrant should attend the program. In an instance where the registrant or credit union manager decides that the inclement weather impedes the registrant’s safe travel, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee.





By registering for this event, I hereby grant the Missouri Credit Union Association permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Missouri Credit Union Association and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Missouri Credit Union Association to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Missouri Credit Union Association from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.



I am 21 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before registering for this event and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.

Once again, the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) and the Credit Union Association of Oklahoma (CUAOK) have joined together for the 2012 Convention & Exposition. We are expecting more than 300 participants from both states. Don't miss this premiere event! The 2012 Convention & Exposition will once again be held at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale (near Branson), MO from October 2- 4.

Your registration this year will include multiple exhibit opportunities, convention signage, a fifty word description in our program, meals for two people in your booth, four drink tickets per event, as well as use of an audience response system, the BeLinker. The BeLinker will assure you that the contacts you are making are valuable, and you will easily be able to track who you spoke with during the Convention & Exposition.

Sponsorships to Increase your Visibility

We have a limited number of sponsorships available for you to increase your visibility with the hundreds of people who join us for the Convention & Exposition. Take advantage of every possible opportunity to get your name in front of your customers and potential customers by choosing to be a sponsor.

Keynote Sponsor – We have three keynote sponsorships available. Included in your investment of $3,500 you get:

  • Your logo on the conference lanyard
  • Two-minute business highlight and introduction of keynote speaker
  • Recognition on service items and a sign at break
  • Your logo and sponsorship projected on the screen in the room prior to the keynote
  • A full-page ad in the convention book

Hospitality Sponsor – There are five opportunities to sponsor convention meals or hospitality events. Included in your investment of $2,000, sponsorship includes:

  • Recognition at one of the four convention meals
  • Two-minute business highlight and welcome at one of the four convention meals
  • A full-page ad in the convention book

Education Sponsor – You can choose one of the seven education sponsorships available. Your investment of $1,000 includes:

  • Your logo and sponsorship projected on the screen in the room prior to the session
  • Recognition on service items and a sign at break
  • A half-page ad in the convention book

Break Sponsor – You can choose to sponsor one of the breaks during the breakout sessions. Your investment of $750 includes:

  • Recognition on service items and a sign at break

Select your sponsorship as you register for the event. Sponsorships are based on a first-in and paid-in-full basis, so register today. MCUA will determine which event your organization will sponsor based on availability.

Other Marketing Opportunities

The convention book is provided to each participant and includes important information such as final agenda and maps. Your registration as a vendor includes placement of your logo and a fifty-word description in the convention book. Improve your visibility by upgrading to one of the other options:

  • Full-size marketing insert included in the convention packet (final print provided by you): $750
  • Full-page ad (you provide the artwork) in the convention book: $500
  • Half-page ad (you provide the artwork) in the convention book: $350

To secure your place at the 2012 Convention & Exposition, full payment of $1,250 is required by August 2, 2012. The rate increases to $1,500 after August 2. This price allows for two people in your booth. Additional people are $350 each.
