Being new to the credit union movement can prove both exciting and challenging. Learn what makes credit unions different and how you fit into this "people helping people" movement. 

Credit Union Basic Training is designed to help new employees understand the history and philosophy of credit unions, credit union structure and member service techniques.

What You Will Learn:

  • The history and philosophy of credit unions
  • Structure of the credit union movement
  • Our Association's products and services
  • Advocacy – What we do for you and your credit union
  • How to best work with our members

The class will be from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Snacks, drinks, and lunch will be provided.
