Vice President of Financial Services: United Consumers Credit Union (Independence, MO)

As a key member of Executive Management, the Vice President of Financial Services provides organizational leadership over all lending functions at the Credit Union, including mortgages, direct and indirect consumer loans and business loans, underwriting and collections.  This position manages all lending activities including identification and minimization of risk, while increasing loan volume to meet growth goals and objectives; Serves as a leader and resource to Members and staff and represents UCCU to it's Membership. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge and understanding of compliance associated with lending and a proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities to enhance Member value and contribute to the financial success of the Credit Union.  Must be able to operate with a great deal of autonomy and make decisions subject to the oversight of the President and Executive Vice President. Applicants must have 5 to 10 years of similar or related experience with a Bachelors Degree.

Chief Financial Officer: TelComm Credit Union (Springfield, MO)

Direct and manage all practices and activities in the Finance and Accounting functions to ensure compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations. Heartland Credit Union Kansas is growing and we are looking for a Real Estate Loan Consultant to work in our Wichita market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination of long-term real estate lending needs as well as lot, construction, and bridge loans.

Looking for an experienced Real Estate Lending Consultant to help current and prospective members in the Wichita area find the right solutions for their real estate lending related needs. This person is responsible for the origination of all real estate loans, guides the member through the borrowing process, and assists members by assessing their financial goals, needs, and objectives while providing them with exceptional personalized service, sound lending advice, and high-quality products and services. This person will serve members, prospective members, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally and generate new sales appointments by making calls to members, potential members and employee groups. This person conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with HCU and secondary market guidelines, and will work with the real estate community to build relationships in order to build trusted referrals, for the purpose of originating real estate loans. They also assist the AVP of Real Estate Lending and other personnel as necessary. This person must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have one to two years of related mortgage/real estate lending experience. Additional requirements may include understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness, familiarity with title reports, insurance, and appraisals and a real estate background. Additional skills include strong interviewing skills, excellent communication and public relations abilities and strong analytical and financial skills.

MEMBERS1st Community Credit Union is seeking a Director of Remote Sales and Service to manage and supervise a remote delivery branch for the credit union. This new position will be responsible for setting up all aspects of remote delivery systems including selecting vendors and equipment, selecting staff, and developing procedures for the remote branch. The Director will be responsible for planning, coordination, and direction of the contact center, including incoming communication and outgoing calling. Together with Director of Retail Sales and Service, this individual will oversee the development and monitoring of performance and productivity standards.
