Member Advocacy Consultant: Electro Savings Credit Union (St. Louis, MO)

The role of the Member Advocacy Consultant is to preserve the credit union’s assets by controlling delinquent loan accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments, and/or recovering collateral. This position will contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail; takes appropriate action to bring current. Will counsel members who need help and cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate. The Member Advocacy Consultant will maintain accurate files and reports on all collection activities. 

Experience: 2-5 Years
Education: A high school education or GED

Compliance Specialist: Electro Savings Credit Union (St. Louis, MO)

The compliance specialist will ensure the credit union is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, laws, and rules. The specialist will analyze new and pending compliance requirements affecting the credit union’s practices. This position will assist with developing and implementing compliance and internal audit program and schedule to review internal credit union areas for compliance. The Compliance Specialist will also compile and issue reports detailing conclusions of audits and compliance analysis, reports violations as appropriate, provides recommendations for improvement, and follows up to ensure compliance. 

Experience: 2-5 years of banking compliance preferred. 

Education: College degree or equivalent work experience.

Vice President, Lending: Conservation Employees’ Credit Union (Jefferson City, MO)


Conservation Employees’ Credit Union (CECU) has an immediate opening for Vice President of Lending. This individual will direct and coordinate all lending, delinquencies and collection activities within CECU. Applicant should be able to manage loan staff, develop and oversee lending policy and ensure compliance with regulations. The VP of Lending will establish annual lending goals and propose lending programs to help achieve said goals. This position will be the primary contact for delinquent members including bankruptcies, foreclosures and repossessions. Ideal candidate will be organized, able to prioritize tasks and have stellar decision-making skills. Five to ten years of similar experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
