Convention & Annual Meeting Attendee Refund Policy/Cancellation Fee
Days prior to the start of CAM  Cancellation Fee 
 Up to 120 days  $0
 From 119 to 60 days $50 
 From 59 days to 31 days $100 
 Within 30 days  Non-refundable

Substitution requests are always welcome without penalty. The change must be a 1-for-1 substitution. Please provide 5-business-days’ notice with the substitute’s name via email to HCUA to amend conference materials.

The refund policy for exhibitors and sponsors is different. Please refer to those specific exhibitor rules and regulations.

This policy does not reflect Foundation Bash cancellation/refund policies


In the Case of Event Cancellation by HCUA

Events with less than 20 registrants within two weeks may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified, and a full refund issued without penalty.


 

Conference & Workshop Attendee Refund Policy

Deadline for registrations is typically 3 business days prior to the first day of the conference/workshop unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation requests received via email 5 business days prior to the conference/workshop will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received within 4 business days of the conference/workshop. Substitution requests are always welcome without penalty. The change must be a 1-for-1 substitution. Please provide 3-business-days’ notice with the substitute’s name via email to HCUA.

This policy does not apply to Foundation Cup, which is neither a conference nor workshop. For the Foundation Cup, contact arobinson@heartlandcua.org for cancellation policy.
