COVID policy

HCUA encourages attendees to get vaccinated and/or test prior to attendance. If you feel unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home. Full refunds will be provided.

Masks will be optional for attendees during the HCUA general sessions. However, please come prepared with a mask or face covering, as some lawmakers may request you wear them in their offices during individual appointments. HCUA supports any attendee who wishes to wear a face mask.

Buses start departing for the Statehouse (there will be two buses - one at 12:40 and one at 1:10 p.m.)

1-3:45 p.m.
Legislative appointments with your legislator, Kansas State House

3:20 p.m.
Buses start departing from the Statehouse to the Topeka Country Club (there will be two buses - one at 3:20 p.m. and one at 3:50 p.m.) 

4:15-6:30 p.m.
Q & A with financial institutions committee leadership and reception with legislators
