MCUA Voter's Guide Now Available

The November elections are right around the corner – and the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) has a tool to help you assess candidates on their support of credit union issues. The 2014 Voter’s Guide includes responses to the MCUA candidate survey from Republican and Democrat candidates for the Missouri House and Senate.

MCUA distributed a printed copy of the Voter's Guide to each member credit union this week. You can also view a printable version here (formatted for legal-size paper).

Due to spacing issues, any comments provided by candidates are not included in the printed version but are available in this online version.

Click on the name of the candidate to see their full comments. MCUA will update this online version with any additional responses.

The MCUA Voter’s Guide is intended to assist credit union staff, volunteers and members in advance of the November election. Please share it with others in your credit union.

If candidate(s) serving your area did not provide a response to our survey – feel free to use these questions when you meet with them to see where they stand on credit union issues.

Personal contacts help develop relationships with elected officials and create credit union connections. If you have a connection with a candidate, share that information with MCUA’s advocacy department - contact David Kent via email or 314.542.1343 or Amy McLard via email or 314.542.1370.
